Texas isn't exactly suppose to ice over and so when it does the infrastructure isn't built for it not that they can't get "snow plows" dumb dumb
Also for the 9000th time in this thread you as a human being living on planet Earth should know when rain is on its way. We have meteorology to give you a WEEKS notice. When those parents sent their kids to camp did they think they'd get rain(yes) but did they think 4 DAMNS would break and a wall of water 40ft high would consume their loved ones. No.

The parents of the kids who sent their kids to camp KNEW rain was in the forecast because they have a phone and can check the weather. Stop blaming protocols and warning systems 4 fuckin damns broke
