I’m slowly losing my mind, any suggestions for thwarting this shit? I’ve looked into ai answering machines or “interceptors” but have never used one. Any recommendations? Based out of the US.

It’s all automated until you make an actual noise, otherwise you end up with a voicemail that starts with “hi” and ends with “75,000 loan approved” lol

Don't answer calls you don't know, search'em up, call'em back if there is someone of relevance. Store spam numbers as "Sales" or "Salesperson" or something. I've got about 250 numbers like that on my phone now. Earliest one? "Salesperson 1", that actually called LAST YEAR ............ 14 years after i begun the practice... sneaky devils.......

Do you do that by calling the number back and saying +1 and then repeating that process over and over again? :)
