It is quite frustrating that I give you the courtesy of not responding to your posts but you do not reciprocate. Its a microcosm for the wider issue whereby Israel does not subscribe to the notion of tit for tat. Without further ado: Israel has bombed Gaza into the stone age. And by your own framing, the 25,000 Hamas fighters are really 2.3 million — what you’ve referred to as “Hama-Palestinians,” or more bluntly, “barbarians” or “orcs.”. If that’s the premise, then of course killing and maiming tens of thousands becomes not a tragedy but a tactical necessity. It's not collateral damage — it’s cleansing. Now we’re hearing about a plan to concentrate 600,000 people into a so-called “humanitarian city” in Rafah — a fenced, surveilled, highly controlled zone no one can leave. Not orcs. Not fighters. Just people. What does that look like to you in five years? Ten? Because to me, this isn’t a solution. It’s a pressure cooker. And when it blows, as it inevitably will, the cycle repeats — another war, more dead, and the same righteous speech about the need to "eradicate."
And the rest of Gaza? will it be settled ? hmmm methinks so and this will be called, seizing land by right of conquest.
Hamas started this war with a massacre. Israel is defending itself not “cleansing” anyone. Civilian casualties are a tragic consequence of Hamas’s choice to embed itself in homes, schools, and hospitals. That’s not genocide, that’s urban warfare under impossible conditions.
You talk about “orcs” and “Hama-Palestinians” but after October 7, when thousands celebrated, filmed, and supported the atrocities, pretending this is about 25,000 isolated fighters is dishonest. Not every Gazan is Hamas, but Hamas governs with broad complicity.
As for Rafah, Israel didn’t want civilians there it had to create a safe zone because Hamas turned the rest of Gaza into a battlefield. Blame the group that uses its own people as shields.
“conquest” argument? Again? Really? Its simply False. Israel left Gaza in 2005. Hamas could’ve built a future instead, they built terror tunnels. Now they’re reaping what they sowed, This is not a cycle of “tit for tat”
it’s one side trying to live, and the other side trying to annihilate. If you’re angry that Israel is fighting back with force, maybe you should re-examine why you’re defending the group that started this war by massacring civilians in their homes. The real question is:
What do you expect a nation to do when its children are burned alive in their beds? Apologize for surviving? This post was edited by Many_Names on Jul 8 2025 11:56pm
