So I replaced my drain stopper with a one peice plug in stop.
I'm retarded so I took out the old stop and threw it away, now I have a hole open where the pull bar would function with the little ball on the other side.
I'm doing my best to describe it without plumber terminology. My question is what is the remedy for this, I can only think of a solid nut that doesnt have a spot for the ball to sit.

Dont mind the plumbers putty

I need one of these but without the hole, to seal the drain stop hole.

I guess you're looking for an ABS cap threaded fitting of the same size. Measure the width and ask at Home Depot if they have one

you could measure the size of of it and also the pitch of the thread to know exactly the size you need any plumbing store should have but its prolly easier to take the part off and just bring it with you.

You dont need to know the pitch of the threads, it's all National standard

if you still have the nut cut a piece of plastif from anything. maybe milk carton or something flat. put water proof glue or maybe plumbers putty on it to cover hole then more on inside. screw nut on and check for leak.

editing to say the f is supposed to be a c in plastic.
