This is how you do it.

Those 3 slabs of meat, is chuck roll, høyrygg, which comes from the part of the moo right behind the front legs, at the middle part of the moo.

This meat is best used for stews and such, but can be used for pulled beef also. I am going to experiment a little with it.

Price you ask? 20$ a kilo regular. My price today? 40% off, 12$ a kilo they had on it! N it's not even date wares! A whole WEEK until it runs out.

I'm gonna have fun with that.

High coacoa content chocolate, 3 for 10$. That's cheap for that kind of quality chocolate. N just a piece after a meal, or make high quality dessertes, n eat a piece after a meal. Just a piece. You don't get deabeatus from that!

The mango/pineapple thing, also the same, i discovered a new product called greek yoghurt with vanilla flavour, it has surprisingly little sugar content, so you can mix berries n such with it, n sprinkle chopped chocolate over. That is a relatively low sugar dessert. Just be careful with the amount of fruit you put on. The more variety, the better. Strawberry, blueberry, those two before, banana you can use, though it is not very lightweight. You can lightly fry them in rum too, just make Sure the alcohol is evaporated. Or simply use brown sugar, syrup, or even sweetened condenced milk - just be VERY careful with the amount.

It can be done.

The sausages you ask? 3 for price of 2. It was still a bit expensive, but i wanted to try only this oncee. Got 3 in the oven. The rest, i will eat 1 by 1, slice in slices, fry in olive oil, make it good. Or make a good pasta dish. A little bit. 20$ for those three, still a bit expensive, but i won't be doing that again. Regular price = 10$ EACH.....................

The white cheddar looked intriguing, but when i opened it, it had something that smelled like mildew on it .... it says nowhere it is supposed to be that way, so i'm sending in a request to the producers to ask if it's supposed to be that way. I don't want to get sick again now.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I consider today's shopping a win. Sometimes it just fits. Those slabs of meat will last a very long time.

Your habit of stirring up a hornet's nest, and crying foul, is not going to help this process.

really depends on where you get it, processed vs fresh too. Some Amish communities get fresh as can be but pretty expensive.

idk if cheaper

Cool. What do you think of Amish communities? It's like in the movie They call me Trinity, that's a damn cool movie for the purpose of understanding them ^^ "Hard as nails, them farmers. Major keeps breakin' their bones, n' they keep comin back for more." xD

Not the life for me. Their eggs are the best. A community not too far from here. This particular one, some families might have a truck. An old beat up truck with horrible gas mileage. Some buildings do have wiring to run a light bulb or two. Rest is pretty ligeitimate compared to the extremists.
