I have a friend who is trying to get back online but was on vacation recently, upon returning his IP has been blocked and he us unable to access jsp. Who can I message to resolve this?

seems like he broke some serious rules before he took a break.

either that or he's using a vpn that's being detected.

more than likely something on his end is messing up, is my guess.

vpn gives a different error message

he's IP blocked from accessing the site completely, he can't access that form.

he can disconnect from his wifi and try on his phone.

phone ip locked as well lol
not sure why, for anyone wondering it is having the issue
highly unlikely he's a multi / broke any rules, so we are unsure why it's happening

phones have dynamic IPs, they arent fixed so there shouldnt be anything blocking it permenantly.

Did he go to another country?

yeah I'm just going with what he's telling me, he's claiming he's tried all of that stuff.
