+2 all stats (helps me wear archon enigma, get max block [even though i dont need or want it], more vita, and helps me spam spirits from cold plains)
+life per lvl (makes my full juvs more effective)
+mana per lvl (make me use less full juvs)
2% more damage reduce than your tiara (utmost importance when dueling tmcpks 125 fcr 50k dmg zealot when amped and you dont have a shield and your armor has 1 durability and your mouse runs out of batteries)
50% better chance of getting magic items (i frequently find high runes in the blood moor)
basically, my item is perfect in every way
none of the modifiers on your item are useful
