I just watched tour the france today, my brother is a passionate fan lol, but one thing, i never knew it was that much strategy in it .... very crazy .... they cycle in packs to gauge for wind conditions, even if they are opponents, because it benefits the entire group.. crazy.. n some are good climbers, some on stretches, some on sprints to the finish line... my bro-man also told me some of them has to break the race because they couldn't eat enough food....... xD lol .....
How crazy is the world .. so many people struggling with weight problems, is it any better with sports freaks eating so much and still it's not enough, and it's not even a constructive venture, just sports... man the world is crazy.........

Ride it 100-200 miles per week and hit weights 3-4 times per week
