Man lol... back in about 2016.. when i lived in a place, more like chicken coop my associate called it xD .. i was not happy.. dad on my case all the time, nagging, bitching, bullshitting... social welfare services on my ass, going to soul sucking courses 3-5 damn days a week, treated like a moronic idiot for 6 hours.... i was not happy ... it was all frozen pizzas (big one), milk chocolate and pepsi max all day, every day. I will not lie, it is tasty, a happy life, lol. I will also say, it was like, one whole big one, extra cheese and sausage, a whole plate of chocolate, 1.5 liter of pepsi max ... i would not eat again before 12-15 hours later.... played jagged alliance 2 all night... in some ways, good times ... in other ways, not good. I actually did some working out too at times, though not enough, lol.... definitely not healthy.
Frozen pizzas can be good, the quality varies wildly. But big one is the best, to me. One more thing the US did right. Extra cheese and sausage on them, it's a calorie bomb, we're probably talking 2000 calories or so ... but damn tasty.
I CAN make one now too, but then only eat one or maybe two small-medium pieces, then slice the rest and freeze them until other days. That is always possible. It's a way to control blood sugar or diabeatus. You CAN eat most things .......... just mind the amount. It's the taste that matters. Just to get that taste.
But also, that same place i lived, i did for a while make homemade pizza buns, froze them, n made small pizzas as i needed. It worked brilliantly. Make a regular pizza dough, with yeast. Let it swell. Portion it, small portions, like when you roll it out, it becomes like maybe 20 cm. Press them quarter of an inch flat. Put a piece of bakng sheet on top, then place the next on top, and so on. Then put them straight in the freezer, flash freeze. You can actually take one out, put tomato sauce, cheese, meat, veg, anything you like, in the correct order, straight into very hot oven, 10-15 minutes, it turned out great every damn time. I should do it again.
For a healthier option, use partially wholegrain or rye flour. Taste almost the same but is so much healthier than plain flour.
