On another note though what's wild to me being tucked so far away from reality here in the North Pole is when I go south all the girls look like fish. Their lip and cheak modifications.

There's always been those modifications or enhancements but it's wild to see how prevelent it's become presumably due to social media and what really hit it home for me is talking to friends or inlaws that I deem to be completely rational and are in their mid 30s like myself who are considering or have undertook it.

There's things I didn't even know about. Glute modifications, waist modifications, tucks everywhere, how prevelent nose jobs have become etc.

This absolute focus on image and many trying to take as many potential shortcuts as possible, which of course isn't new, but the focus on image certainly has been dialed to 11.

It would be hypocritical of those that have done these things talk against it, but do it themselves. You also have people that do these things and regret it. Being against something that currently exists is not hypocrisy. Saying your against it while doing it is hypocrisy.

I don't know how this topic is 50% focused on circumcision, and I don't even know why circumcision is practiced in America either.


It does not add up for "religious reasons" as a very tiny proportion of Americans are Rabbinic Jew or Muslims.

The Christians still practicing that are confused, any the "for medical reasons" crowd are antiquated.

Christian Nationalism is bad though. I mean mutilating children is also bad, anyone who supports circumcision has a wild and poor understanding of the scripture.

Why should Christians be against Christian nationalists? If you oppose the idea of Islamic theocracies then why be such a hypocrite? The idea of nation is a spiritual one. Jesus did not force his religion onto others, he showed them the light through reason, compassion, and sacrifice.

We were built on the idea of the separation of Church and State. (Even though it was never fully realized. But I hope it will be one day.) The American value that all men are created equal is not just a spiritual one but a moral one separate from ones religion. The many people who convert to Christianity do so because of the accepting Christians who do not persecute those of other beliefs. And I often feel those who are shamed or bullied into Christianity, or out of fear of damnation learn and read the scriptures for all the wrong reasons.

Separation of church and state means separation from the Catholic church, not separation from religion. Aka actual Protestantism

There is no logical argument against Christian Nationalism that isn't just hating Christianity. It solves every problem. Circumcision is Jewish.
