Recently, an issue appeared that prevents name transfer. Basically, when you delete a character, it's name becomes unavaliable.

Please, help push that lazy support team (or whatever it's called) to do their job.

This is circumstantial-situational at best. I do not have this issue. However there are some names it just does not accept. It will not tell you it is unavailable or that another character has it and will just sit at the waiting screen forever. I can delete a character no problem and remake it with same name with no issues tho.

If you want the issue delete your char and remake it on a different account

(This is only a East issue)

I am playing East right now and am not having this issue. I have deleted the same char over 3 times and remade it with no issues. Again there are some names it will just not accept.

Edit: Ok I am starting to encounter the issue myself but only temporarily and not permanent. Are you perhaps creating lots of chars back to back or frequently raising a flag? As I went from having no issues to having to the issue but it seems if I log off for 5-10 min to give it a break it works just fine.
