None of these games are really intensive so you can really get any mid range graphics card and decent cpu combo.

I usually upgrade my pc every 5-6 years

with that in mind would u change anything on the pcpartpicker list?

I generally don't play any crazy 4k single player games or care about that. i think most of the games are cpu intensive like u mentioned not gpu which is why im having issues now

2 grand USD can buy you anything that doesnt have a 4090/5080/5090
Get whatever you want
Just avoid Intel 13th/14th gen
Avoid Asrock motherboards if you're going AMD

I think the setup provided is really good. Budget wise very nice setup and will live to your expectations for 4-5 years. Though with that budget you had in mind, i would upgrade the cpu to a AMD Ryzen 7 9800x3d. That is the new zen5 and base clock is 4700mHz, which works well with the RAM MEM of 6000mHz.
What could be considered is a very small CL upgrade from 32 to 30 at the RAM for faster responses.

These changes are nice to have but are to be considered because of the more CPU/RAM use case you mentioned.

Could save some money on the motherboard and go with a b650 wifi gaming plus

grab some 6000 30cl ram
and perhaps add 20 bucks and grab a 990 evo plus ssd

and check for sapphire/powercolor/xfx brand for the gpu instead of ASrock
