Good question. What humans usually mean when they say "Free Will" is that we humans and we alone are responsable for our own decisions.
No other being or force is in control but ourselves. At least thats what I always meant by the term.

what would it take to change your mind though?

A line of thought that would make free will a possibility would very likely throw me back to a neutral position. I dont talk about evidence, but a well explained theoretical possibility of free will.

Agency in my opinion is the capacity of an individual to act independently, make choices, and impose those choices on the world.
