What's the max slow on general characters?

Stone = lvl 16 clay golem = 60%

Cleglaw gloves = 25%

Cold damage = 10%? Chill effect = 0%?


But cold chill effect, and the slow effect from two first sources, are different? So they would work? Other slow sources?

Though for greatly slowing missile attacks, a zon's Slow Missiles skill can be helpful.
I am wondering if there is a bow with knockback.

i think uber is capped at 50% i dont think holy freeze will work on ubers
can use a Woestave pole arm for the 50% on an a2 merc

Decrep + cold seems to screw me over more than anything else on bad baal spawns..

Lilith won't help it against it, she whack you into neaxt oblivion, gotta slow it down.

Key bey won't help against them busses. it won't work ageanst them.




True. While you deal static, cb and whatever. Upgrade woestave n get damage on it.

But decrep on reaper's may work better?



Humm, what? What is bad baal spawns... oh, there are those oblivion knights? Yeah. Decrep is not good. Fade is important i guess. CBF too. Get it on kira's.

Well I guess Baal doesn't spawn bad, but his minions. Their mods tend to change and I've encountered some deadly combinations where some runs its better to just make a new game than get stuck in their AoE with such reduced speed you're basically in "attack lock" and not leeching.
