S9 looks like complete fiasco from what I see - not enough content to keep people's interest.

Not just fiasco but with less people playing, bots already killing the economy the only thing to make fg off of is boosting. Anyone considering starting, wait a week and you can get a 1-60 boost for 20fg and save yourself the 5+ hours of the slog of playing the same start to the game that we played for 8 seasons.

Ye, I saw criticism like "what color helltide will have this season", but at least another colored helltide was "kinda" a new zone, which from formal point of view is new content.

Now they don't even have it as far I see, looks like only new mini dungeons added, and that's all.

They took the helltide chasing thing, reskinned the boss powers from last season, and added in the rifts from Diablo 3 and called it "season 9".

Meanwhile nerfing all of the S8 builds and the barbarian class as a whole into the ground.

Edit: The only thing that this season is doing, is allowing for botters/RMT trading folks that exploit dupes, to make a F ton of money off of the new season. Duping is already crashing the boss materials market, and gold markets.

Dunno but this dude is already coming out with multiple sets of high rune packs to sell to people, on day two. No way he has enough time to play the game, and farm up multiples of legendary runes, that most people have only 1 of.

Unless he's doing the same shit he did last season, exploiting and bringing people along as accomplices. There's only a matter of time until he starts selling his obducite exploit as well.
