Hi guys. I'd like to do the Spiritborn Thorns at the start of the season. I saw there are two builds for it: one with Quill Volley and one with Poison. What do you recommend? Maybe someone can give me a tip.

I've also seen that the summoner Necro is supposed to be good. However, I don't know if it's also good for the endgame. It seems like every guide says something different.

Shadowblight necro

Shadowblight and Affliction are the dark horses of this season.

The SB Thorns build already procs poison, because thorns dmg is converted to poison dmg.

The most recommended is quill volley, crushing hands, or rake. The key thing is that it doesn't really matter which core skill you choose--as long as it's close range, that's all that is required to make your unique pants proc.

Summoner necro is also good this season. They can do T4 content easily. As long as you aren't interested in pushing pit 100+, summoner necros are VERY strong, can do all T4 content, can kill T4 Uber bosses easily, and so on.

They lack mobility, so you want to make sure you've got a Jah rune in there to teleport around.

If you enjoy playing a summoner/minion necro, this is the perfect time to do so. The new unique gloves for mage summons are supposedly really strong, but I just didn't like that you have to be the meat shield rather than your summons.

I too have heard of the Quill Volley being strong. I just don't know HOW strong early game prior to uniques being acquired.

Ah, it's somewhat strong. Most people do the evade build until they get the the main build down.

That seems to be the absolute best leveling build until you can get the pants.

I think I’m gonna roll rogue and hopefully pen shot is good. It’s either that or pulverize but I’ve run pulverize in some of the early seasons. Haven’t played a ranged rogue yet.

i will give it a chance again i allways start with barb, flay rupture, seems was op in ptr but get nerfed, anyway want to give it a try.
