likely if anything goes in it will be event-style like season/holiday or TZ's, or less likely more zoomer catering like loot filter, currency stash, charm inventory. But even that is a stretch because they wont even fix things like file size limit already poofing items

Mosaic is arguably bad (arguable because MA sins were useless and now they're at least meta relevant) but you're ignoring the hundreds of other changes that were positive
Most people would consider terror zones good. Fixing next hit delay was mostly good. Not getting banned for making new games is great. Adding more high treasure class zones was great. Many other changes were mostly good
New content is the only thing that will realistically keep this game alive
