The best strategy for men to improve their mental health is a combination of deep contemplation, meditation, intensive physical exercise, and engaging in constructive hobbies. Bottling it up and raging at everything is a futile and weak strategy which reeks of low T, as is acting like a woman and talking to a therapist, which is also futile and only worsens mental health as it's a form of self-emasculation

What do you mean? If you heard my advice, perhaps you would have never mutilated yourself - I'm working to save men from that fate by telling them the truth & traditional method for men to find peace

Instead of raging at the solution, learn from it, have humility - it is tragic that you may not have heard this before, but that doesn't mean others need to also suffer as you have. That's crab mentality

I advocate for criminals and other enemies of the nation to be sentenced to restitutional hard labour in purpose built facilities. Truth sounds like bigotry to those who hate truth.
