Preemptive barricades are being put up at the White House and Treasury buildings
This could just be in expectation of fourth of july weekend rioting and mobs during free time and hot weather
They close the mall for the 4th and that much isn't unusual.
But the fact its also going up at the treasury and its a full week early seems conspicuous and we may expect some announcement that riles up insurrectionists in the next day or two

In Singapore, you need at least one parent to be citizen and your spouse being a Permanent Resident before your kid can be a citizen.

Never heard that non citizens can go into a country and pop out a kid and he is automatically a citizen.
