What’s best merc gear to use to clear 110?
Also what rings amulet should I be using on crusader?

Honestly they do nothing for DMG in gr pushing, get your gloves of worship, nemu bracers and whatever else emanates to help you

If you don't have the token/focus or whatever that keeps your follower from dying or you want to use a different one you can use two gems on your follower the melee reduction and non physical reduction
