the cops are there to protect him. notice how they showed him affection when they thought he was the shooter? tldr cops
are only equipped in enabling and expediting danger that these civilians now know cops are there to ensure.

as ive always said, give cops the best armor and take away their corporate guns so citizens can do the real hunting as the
constitution intended.if you give demons guns they will use cops and criminals to take out innocent civilians. this is their spiitual MO. no different in the california ice tactics currently going on.
