The past month has seen continued lethal violence against Palestinians at food-distribution points: from deadly tank and drone fire in late May, a spike in early June, to at least 500 deaths by 24 June—all while aid operations remain under Israeli control—and international bodies warn this amounts to repeated civilian targeting.

Basically the IDF is fishing, baiting the fish with bread on the surface of the water and then shooting them when they come up to feed.

The deaths are the latest in a wave of violence near aid distribution points established late last month by the controversial Israel- and US-backed Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which critics have slammed as “human slaughterhouses” and “death traps”.

Except that you have repeatedly said in the past that there are no civilians in Gaza. Or was it something like, they deserve it? You have been quite consistent on this point. Also, the "we could have killed more if we wanted to’ defense" is always a crowd-pleaser. It's quite difficult to marry this with the dead bodies and scores of wounded around the Aid stations though.

Of course Israel has made mistakes like any country. But there’s a fundamental difference: Israel, for all its flaws, seeks resolution and coexistence (I was raised sining peace songs), while many factions on the Palestinian side have consistently pursued the goal of annihilating Israel, not compromise.

I said a lot of things, talk to me when you lose a couple of your friends and family in the same day. Then you will be able to judge me.
I still believe that in order to achieve what Hamas achieved on October 7th, you need public support and you know it too.
