If you buy cases can you not buy keys with it and you have to pay real money for keys to unlock the cases?

Yes you trade ir get cases then youll have to purchase the key for real money, since keys are not trade able anylonger like in the old days.

Yeah between 2-2.5 i guess depending on your currency
