Can't make it happen right now but I'd like to send you and Bumi some stuff.

Dug some chicken halves out of my freezer and smoked them.
Brined in some Kosmos for half a day. Unbelievably juicy results!

I need to get a bigger brine/marinade container,
could only fit 3 halves in it and didn't want to do two batches.
Prefer to cook more at once, for the leftovers.
