Dug some chicken halves out of my freezer and smoked them.
Brined in some Kosmos for half a day. Unbelievably juicy results!
I need to get a bigger brine/marinade container,
could only fit 3 halves in it and didn't want to do two batches.
Prefer to cook more at once, for the leftovers.
