Anyone use AI on a daily basis? If so what for? What do you think the future will bring?

I work for a top AI company who will remain undisclosed, and I'm just curious.

I think the next generation of kids are gunna be dumber due to relying on Ai for almost everything like homework, research etc

Ai and automation will also change the workforce environment

I do my best to stay away from it as much as possible.

There have been studies on this subject. Some say that humans are moving from a problem solving role to a "managing" role managing AI agents, I think the lack of critical thinking is a legitimate problem though. I also think that humans who embrace these tools will be more productive than those who don't (regardless of effort levels) weird paradox

AI is a great tool,
for molding your mind how to think.

Why is that, do you see no benefit to using these tools yourself? is it a fear of the future? or something else? I'm just curious about the why
