I use Dawn for both my body and dishes, and since I don't shower but monthly or so, it's not too harsh on my plastic cups.

Some dishsoap and a durable shaver is all anyone needs; if you stink, simply avoid people or so thoroughly expose them that they'll grow nose-blind.
