So what's actually up with Minnesota in particular? Why is it such a hotbed of leftist terror? I understand the Pacific Northwest completely (they're bums) and why it is such, but why Minnesota? How did it come to this? Is the population more craven? And why?
Cmon Man are those really questions?
Q1 - Father's Day today is what's up.
Q2 - It is? - We made some headlines with Floyd, but I didn't see Minnesota hitting ranks like some east Coast and west coast places.
Q3 - Rich white people spreading their divine philanthropy from the high tower of Minneapolis and a couple echos in Duluth and Rochester (Destination Medical Community blackmail).
As someone who started career in the Twin Cities and now lives very rural, the general problem in Minnesota is the politics of the big cities. Minneapolis wanted to be Portland or Seattle when I was living near. St Paul is completely different.
Rochester hosts progressive Mayo Clinic and their entourage, a wonderful guest who surely didn't blackmail the state for money match.
Duluth used to be hub for mining and lumber, since the cities exported industry ending regulations, now it's a progressive tourist hub and college town.
So, not entirely sure what your precise question is, but the progressive policies of Minnesota are exported from Minneapolis to the rest of the state. Gold standard, one size fits all. That's why we subsidize rich kids meals in huge elite suburbs when my district in a poor mining community
can't afford Friday anything.
