The Season was not good at all for Madrid, but one of the players who stood out was probbaly Valverde, while his team mates sometimes lack the effor to defend; Valverde never stops running and pushing, and manages to Score Key Goals for Madrid when most needed

I think him and Mbappe were really the only two that have performed on the level that we expect them to. Thibaut also did, but he always does and it gets overlooked imo.

At least they are spending money on defenders, not so sure about Trent (to me he is really bad at defending) but who knows, most players can change depending on the playing style and requiremennts of the coach, just need to look at Barcelona Players last season and this season.

We will see about Trent, I trust that Xabi Alonso will get him in the right position and will find a player that will be able to cover him defensively, just like Szoboszlai did at times at Liverpool. I'm also hopeful that he will incorporate youngsters and will build a strong, tactical team for the coming seasons.

I think Real Madird may be thinking of letting go of Rodrigo (Either this season or Next One) but with the new Signing of Mastantuono, he can play Midfield of RW but he also has nice finishing. He is only 17 years so he has a lot place to grow.

Yeah, could be a huge signing tbh, PSG were very close to signing him, guy has a lot of potential.

How do you like their signings so far?

Out of the 4 so far, I think Dean Huijsen is probably their best signing (They desperately needed a CB this season) I don't think Militao or Ascencio are good at all to be in Real Madrid, as far as Alexander Trent, that still to be determined, but based on his previous performance at Liverpool, he has a lot of issues when it comes to defending. Alvaro Carreras will definitely bring more attacking on that LB position (since Mendy and Fran Garcia did such a horrible job on that position last year).

As far as Mastantuono, He is still young and has a lot of potential, would be interested to see how he performs and if perhaps he will Rodrygo's spot this season.
