It's okay! Goin good. Made a thread. Done showering, dang i'm tired xp gonna sleep soon. Careful on the wings. They got big carbo's. Not necessarily unhealthy but you only need 4 max 5 per portion. I used to eat 20-25. Small ones though, frozen small legs, but still, oil, salt, pepper, schmoked paprika powder, let'em bake in oven a good while, until skin crisp, who hoo, let the good times roll... but we don't need 25 legs.. 4-5, that's enough. 100-150 grams, max. And nothing else. I used to slice taters too, precious, oh man it's tasty with the wings, soak up all the goodness, fat'n oil ....... no wonder i ended up 40 kg overweight n near diabeethus... don't go there. Back on the way down now, 17 kg off, the rest is murder, very very hard, circulating now around 100 kg ... but working on it... not touching chocolates, sweets of any kind..... the balancing of food is the issue..... i don't eat too much, it's just that when you eet little, you get less energy, so everything is twice as hard.. but i work hard, i'm not a coward, i'm not afraid of work. You gotta be insane to win.
