In the past day Hamas been launching attacks on other Palestinians, killing those working in aid convoys and guardian aid convoys.
Abu Shabab's rival group claims Hamas has killed 50+ of its members, including attacking aid workers delivering relief. At least 5 are confirmed dead in that attack and many more missing, dead or taken hostage, with the group saying 20+ Palestinians were on the bus as volunteers for the humanitarian group distributing aid.
And in the hours since, an Israeli drone has targeted Hamas fighters who were battling Abu Shabab's fighters, which Israel says is the first time they've militarily intervened just to protect a rival Palestinian group- and the Shababites say they killed 6 Hamas members in a battle.

Whatever the reality of the claims, its clear the Palestinians have some serious infighting going on and aid convoys are being targeted

Hamas is operating in one of the most ( if not the most ) problematic-to-warfare, narrowly-crowded areas in the world.
Hamas is operating within the civilian population.
Hamas is operating under and above "UN aid groups" and those likes.
Hamas superstars\generals ( few to none remain today ) operate directly under kinder-gardens, hospitals ( one was found directly above the Neonatal care ), schools , mosques etc.
Hamas didn't accomplish anything really aside from butchering, raping on Oct 7 and than hiding in Gaza behind all of the above including babies and elderly sick hostages.
Hamas leaders ( much like Hezbollah ) are all dancing in heaven with their virgins, all by an Israeli hand.
Hamas is has no moral compass for it's own people ( shooting, torturing , punishing etc ) anyone who is protesting, taking food.. and whatever. videos and proofs are good for grasp for the ones who seek em on the net.
Hamas's only card are the remaining Israeli kidnapped hostages - both alive and dead. a lesson to you in warfare: take that card away ( hypothetically ) and those animals are gone and done in a matter of days.
Hamas is one of the most isolated-by-choice ( in terms of communications ) terror group on the planet. still, after a while, it became clear that what happened to Hezbollah leadership-tree is going to catch Hamas too.

so i corrected you a tiny bit, with some facts on your behalf.

you missed "some" important notes when adoring Hamas's endurance, only to show how little you know about Gaza, aside what BBC and google tells you.
if you wanna applaud them for "hanging in there" lol, at least take a tour in Gaza ( pre-war ) next time, and take in the complexity of that ground. dumb-ass.
