Hi, I'm having trouble with my JSP account. Someone else is using it. They're sending private messages but not posting. They're using a different Battlenet account. Any help?

Have you run an AV scan?

In addition, if someone has your login credentials, reformatting will not do you any good if you do not change the password associated with your account.

changed pw and reformatted the pc. let's see if nothing comes up again.

this is an interesting excuse to use for your S/A threads

our moderators are in their positions for a reason

they will handle it correctly
