Start running or bicycling twice a week
Make it a goal to bench 225 or 275 pounds
get 8 hours of sleep
eat 1 ingredient foods: chicken, steak, broccoli, kiwi, asparagus, Quinoa, etc
Ok I’ll get myself a Bicycle!! n sleep good amount early at night! Eat simpler food n cook at home!

You need to lose weight, do cardio to cleanse the heart and arteries, eat better foods, drink more water less anything else, quit all drugs and alcohol.
Yeah No Drugs n No Alcohols, don’t have that problem. Need to do Cardio few times a week for sure. Don’t like Running, so Jogging n Riding Bicycles are a good easier exercises.

It is. I also had a wake up call myself and since then I no longer crave alcohol.
I like some wine few times a year on weekends relaxing.
