it still takes me 8 clicks to mute tier 1 magic, same as with the last 30% event and my last glphy for tier 1 magic needed 19 clicks and with the event it just took 22

Each item will vary. Your average time spent per item will be that much faster, as long as you’re stabilizing at the same point on each transmuted item.

I'm not really qualified to have a strong opinion, but I think there is a cap to how quickly you can do low level muting. After just a few proficiency points, low level muting stopped getting any faster. I'm guessing that cap still applies with the event buff.

does the stability bar affect something or you just mean for keeping track of my numbers consistently?

could just be me but it seems like the faster I mute the less exp I get, talking about within the same prof level and item tier

I was just saying if you aren’t consistently stabilizing each item for the same length of time your results will be skewed. Not sure about the cap that dab2110 mentioned though — that could very well be playing a part.


And yes, you will get less proficiency per item when faster skilling events are active.

The prof is determined by the time you need to do the mute. As you need less time, you will recieve less prof.

There is no cap, i am pretty sure about that. For t1 items I need 1-2 clicks with an event like the current one.
