What was the outcome of the wake up call?
I sat down drink some water, lots of breathing inhale exhale.
Feel better now after 30 Mins of sitting down catching my breath n chest pain feels ok now.

Exercise or perish
Yeah weekly walking n lifting is not enough, gotta jog running n build some muscle. Eat salad n reduce red meats. More chicken less beef lamb etc

Eat 2 banana, never cramp.
Yeah gotta buy some banana from supermarket
