The other half od the land of Poles was occupied by Russia.
The Germans were always more advanced people than Russians, so also the polish area of German empire was better developed than a polish area of Russian empire.

There are no Germans in western Poland, the people who live there are often people who after the ww2 moved from today Ukraine and maybe Belarus etc.
Nearly 100 years passed since WW2, there is no giving any land back to Germans after that time, especially since this is was a kind of penalty and repayment for starting WW2 and damage nazists done to Poland.

For multiple centuries Brandenburg/East Pomerania/East Prussia had been ethnic German and one could argue Silesia was German or at least Germanized, little reason to cleanse these areas to make room for Poles and Russians. Even at the absolute peak of the PLC, these areas were not Polish. Kind of a stretch to call ex-Prussia "land of Poles occupied by Prussia"

About losing territory: I already said its a penalty for WW2 and all the damages made through Europe and especially to Poland, Russia. We know that Germans were very brutal in the eastern Europe, more brutal than in the west Europe.
Western Europe was considered more germanic, more racially acceptable, while eastern Slavic were considered untermenschen.

Germany made a lot of damage and as a penalty lost some of its pre-war territory, I consider us even.
Of course there are some unhappy politicians both in Poland and Germany, but since there are unhappy people on both sides it makes a proper compromise/deal

Stettin/Koslin is East Pommernia, Koningsberg area is East Prussia, then Brandenburg and much of Silesia are German

Even the parts that aren't grey are subject to the heat map. Light yellow areas most notably the north coast and areas near Danzig were tiny Polish minority
