A few things I wanted to ask the community.

First off how does one get good attack rating without dumping tons of points into dex?

Second is - Req really a very desired mod?

Third what are the staple weapons for each melee class?

1. a life tap wand or skill
2. open wounds, deadly strike, crushing blows as possible item stat
