Nearly impossible = impossible
i run an undisclosed number of bots and i measure my runs per season in hundreds of thousands / millions of runs total runs. never not once has an item dropped so perfectly with perfect textbook stats. getting something even stock uniques like for example a coa (Perfect: 2 socket. variables: +100-150 Defense, Damage Reduced By 10-15%, All Resistances +20-30)
perfect = (1/2) x (1/51) x (1/6) x (1/11) = 1/6732 odds for a totally perfect coa. now i find coas all the time they are rarer then andys but they still drop. for every maybe 4 andys i get 1 coa. my best botted coa is 2 sockets 15 dr 30 res with 138+ defense. if items are 100% perfect i think it could just be an import given how many perf coas just are floating around. if an import exploit did not exist we would see real market prices for such items and they would be insanely expensive and perf items would exist but you could count them on a single hand for the realm for the example of coas.
so no nearly impossible is not = impossible it still can happen but the real world odds are depressing its like winning the lottery odds for 50 billion then another lottery that same day winning again then that same day again learn you are inheriting a billion tons of gold from your oil barren uncle.
