Building habits over time will make you feel better

Go to the gym 5-6 days a week.
Eat healthy every day, treat yourself sometimes.
Go for walks outdoors without your phone or music a few times a week.
Spend time with family and friends - people die and you will regret not spending more time with them when you could have.

Yeah Exercising n Eating Well has Been Helping!

Was walking a lot with old Friends n also listening to lots of Music from the Past. Definitely don’t sit around n being miserable gotta Rest n Keep days going.

I Dont think I want people back that left me at my Lows. Good Luck to Them, there’s No more Trust n can leave again without Notices.
