Building habits over time will make you feel better
Go to the gym 5-6 days a week.
Eat healthy every day, treat yourself sometimes.
Go for walks outdoors without your phone or music a few times a week.
Spend time with family and friends - people die and you will regret not spending more time with them when you could have.
Relationships come and go. Don’t sit around being miserable thinking that will make them want you back.
