Yep if you are doing an NMFG ladder set, and your only resistances are torch and anni then you're going to be under max. And a lot of melee folks don't waste the extra fg on res on their torch and anni.

So if you're using like a rare pelt, shaftstop, jmod setup, and your charms are only 10 each, then you only have 50%.

So cyclone helps.

And as stated before, torch deaths. So many duels are won at 1 HP that torch makes a huge impact on melee. Worth the points into cyclone. 1 point into cyclone will often be broken by Torch during a duel, also.

So what are the runemaster setups? How do you hit 4 frame with this thing with just one ias jewel or none at all? I see IK belt/gloves setup for the ias but what else needs to change for this to work?

You need a total of 60ias for 4 frame with Ettin axe

Are there any options besides ik gloves and belt or are the other options just considered subpar?

Crafted blood gloves + highlords give 40% so u would still need 2x 40/15 ias jewels in Runemaster or maybe one in Runemaster and one in stormshield? Are ik gloves+belt strictly better due to getting u to 60 ias without needing the second jewel?

What you said are all options along with 2os pelt with 40/15’s or even just gface with a 40/15. Kind of up to you how you want/need to achieve the bp. Mainly try to get it to a good bp while still using rends is what I would advise.

Steelrends? Wouldn't it be even harder to hit the 4 frame bp? Are there any posts/discussions with successful full setups using runemaster? I would like to see them to give me a better idea of what I want to do.
