I doubt you'd last long. You need carbs. Even if you aren't normally the type who loves carb, you still need some. You shouldn't be skipping a major food group.

I alternate this diet often, it's fantastic.

100% grass fed meat and wild caught seafood.

Morning coffee with just heavy whipping cream, eggs, bacon and save the grease to cook lunch and dinner with.

Burgers, steak, and shrimp are the main go to. Salt and butter are your best friends. Having parm crisps/cheeses/100% grass fed beef sticks for snacking

I'll meal prep carnivore chicken tenders and love making a carnivore sauce for dipping which includes raw cheddar, heavy whipping cream and butter.

Ive experimented with the carnivore diet, but honestly its best to avoid fad diets and listen to your body. personally, its done great things for me, but I found i feel doubly better by adding berries and fruits to my daily diet. I dont know what your physical limits or training regime is, if it exists at all, but its just a suggestion. It can get your sugar levels a little high, so just be cautious, and remember to listen to your body. Do it for health, not for other's approval. Best of luck.
