What are Vengeance weapons that have on hit effects.

Rift(what base) and stormlash are two options that come to mind but what are others if they are hard to get or options for lower levels.

I'm in hardcore so having the Holy shield with paladin shields is just too much of a waste, but if i start to min max survivabilty wont be as much an issue. Then what 2h wouls you use?
