The 15% hes referring to is HST, out east, Ontario.
Certain provinces like Alberta dont have provincial sales tax or different PST rates so just have the 5% GST on most purchases.
And yes vehicles over 100K have a special luxury tax. Trudeau said "If you can afford a car worth 100K, you can afford to pay more tax."

Theyre raising capitals gains to 2/3s instead of 1/2.
If you are in a higher earning bracket Canada fucks you hard. Especially as a single man with no kids, I qualify for exactly 0 govt benefits but they rape me the hardest. Last year was the first time I broke a million in revenues, had to pay my corporate tax on that, and then my personal income tax when I withdrew profits.
