We ignore them on the Israeli /gaza conflict ...But quick to use them on Venezuela ?

You ignore basic facts lol..

You stated that the main reason people come to the US is to avoid sanctions.

Then your list of countries doesn't include Mexico (where the majority of people are coming from)

Almost nothing you said so far makes any sense.

You also implied earlier than usa was an opec member.

Go read bro. Stop watching activist news and learn to think for yourself.

I would have to think SG can easily pull off a lower tax rate though. You're the size of Toronto only. Our infrastructure is spread, we're unconsolidated, vastly different systems Province to Province creating inconsistency, just a myriad of issues with our size and minimal population.

Canada is going to be an inefficient country, its the trade-off of having a low population over a massive beautiful landmass. Obviously we could let in other countries or ourselves completely rape it for its natural resources and bolster for a period of time, but that does not appear to be what the majority of Canadians want.

SG is smaller than Rhode Island.

42 KM × 23 KM. I think, if I remember correctly.
Most Expats will feel extremely uncomfortable with the heat, humidity and freedom B)

SG is efficient because it is tiny. No natural resources whatsoever and surrounded by 280 million Muslims.

There is absolutely no beauty or landscape in SG.

But you can easily fly to Thailand , Philippines, Bali, New Zealand or Australia. Not expensive.

You won't like SG. Work for 10 years or so get the money get connections for SEA or East Asia business and retreat back to Canada or wherever. That's usually what expats do.

Oh, I would most certainly hate it. Nothing can compare to the ultimate freedom of Northern Canada. It's completely lawless. Ride around with a rifle on your back through town on a ski-doo or ATV and RCMP just wave. Cops ride around with their kids on their laps. 10 minutes of going 1 way any direction and you're done with cell-phone service.

My employer is a global player and my team is working with a number of different nations spread over almost all continents.
Everyone - including our American friends are completely dumbfunded on what's going on in the former land of the free.
Basically the US is the punchline of every joke and while satire writes itself these days I have to pinch myself to remind me that this isn't a trash TV show that's unfolding beneath our very eyes.

So my question here is:

How do Muricans cope with this?
And I don't just mean the ones who are educated enough to realize the Coup that's going on. Everyone should gimme a chance to understand how you can live another day with such an embarressing shit show taking place each and every day.

Outsiders figured that Democrats have it easy now gaining ground - but they seem to be in awe at the level of corruption taking place now that they never achieved.

While there is some gloating hovering around it's mainly concern that I pick up when we talk about it.
My condolences to you all

Education is great for kids between 5 to 16 though.
4 USD for a proper healthy meal with drink.

SG is boring and not fun which is why before all these Hong Kong Protest shit, most Expats would prefer Hong Kong.

But things change..

Welp it is what it is, the global order is changing and shifting in an unpredictable and volatile manner. Nothing we can do about it.

And some manufacturing is moving from China to Vietnam, Bangladesh and India, so jobs are not exactly going back to north America .

Education is our shortfall and will force me to move. I don't even care for the best for my kid, but I cant subject them to the worst.
