Base is 297ed 30ias with 2x 40ed15ias jewels in the sockets
repair could be 20 instead of 30 and it could have 10 more ias but other than that I feel like this is a trophy for sure.

Do you know Amplify Damage is making the item Banned in legit dueling section? In every GM melee duel.
Such rares are useless.
So know you just know it. Your "Plans to use it" are gone.
Amplify Damage mod = Banned not wanted on any rare in the duel.
For PvM and some pvp where is grief allowed = Grief +400dmg >>>>>> Amplify damage...
When will people understand that Amplify Damage on the item is totally useless thing? Whether the items are real or fake are completely useless.
I like this yellow lettered items but im allways surprised people freely ruin them with adding Amplify Damage 5% chance thinking its best ^^
However exactly thats the worse part of it.
