Wait did the seller not receive the money before sending? If so that's straight up natural selection.

Although something doesn't add up here. Op probably making up stories because foreveralone

The seller received money from me via the payment of a credit card but since the Chinese seller had bad reviews and it was taking literal weeks to get a tracking number for my package I thought the entire thing was a scam, add to that the exact same item I had bought had been listed multiple times by different Chinese eBay accounts.

The payment processed, then presumably 2-3 days I called my credit card company and reported the transaction as fraud. Which got me a full refund on the purchase.

So instead of them scamming you … you scammed them first

Let's get this straight
You buy item on ebay
Pay with credit card
After 2-3 days cancel credit card
Then wait for item to show up.
Then complain the item didn't show up after you canceled the payment.

The seller most likely seen the payment then sent you the item in good faith. The item probably was coming from China or got delayed or million other reasons that could of happened to explain why it was late.
Now the Chinese guy who doesn't speak much English and trying his best to support a family of 10 is out of pocket for $500 usd which is a big deal is thinking "can't trust these american scammers." He then makes a vow to destroy as many as he can. Joins secret ccp program, shaves his head, trains as an assassin ninja to exact his revenge.
Now I have to keep an eye for Chinese assassin ninjas with a big chip on their shoulder wherever I go. Thanks a lot.
