They aren't that bad, you just end up realizing that the next life stage crisis is around 60 and typically revolves around health and retirement so really just start working on health with nutrition and exercise and ways to save and invest money and cut down on frivolous spending and budget accordingly and travel, network with people and have fun along the way. You really start to see where time is slipping away being wasted and focus on future investments more.
