Mine stoped charging at 80%
I think its something to do with the voltage of my lithium ion battery

Often people keep their phones plugged in over night with the charger in.
Any device that charges with a AC adapter or related, this is bad for it.
There is regulation on the voltage but after time you start to slowly fry your batteries life faster and faster.

Sounds like a plausible result from that, I don't know though.
