I was curious how to get stars next to your username & how to get your username to change.. and how do you gain more stars (and how do the stars change/upgrade)

I have never donated before. I have purchased about $3xx.00 - $5xx.00. Even though I joined in 2009, today is the first time was curious about it. I saw a post that if you $25.00, you can get a star?

Once you break into the higher tiers you can kinda.. guess how much each will cost but there isn't a guide to be like $400 will unlock you x star type thing.
