i did D2R on ps5 a few years ago
You get both ps4 and ps5 versions when you purchase it
So Ive forever just had another version of the game that I havent touched
Luckily if you play offline single player you can dupe items and manipulate the date and time to farm specific terror zones
So basically i had every rune in the game from El to Zod while still in single player normal mode
Just save every rune and gem you find and you can dupe and craft them up, I had enigma in my stash before I even went into Nightmare mode
Im trying to farm for a Maras but the RNG in this game doesnt want me to have it, i could progress without it but the OCD in me really wants it
I need dracul’s grasp and highlords wrath then i can farm ubers for torches
All i really need is dracs, i could manage it without highlords

Be careful with Indy, theres like 509 collectibles and some of them are bugged / glitched (according to PSNP, theres a thread or two about it on there)

Plat #67 - Oblivion Remaster

Unless you have heavy nostalgia for oblivion this game is just straight up bad. One of the buggiest games I’ve ever played, crashed at least 30 times in my playthrough and that’s not including all of the game ruining bugs that require a restart to fix (there are many and they occur frequently, 20+ times). Even in those limited times when the game is working the gameplay sucks. Combat is extremely stiff and janky, enemy ai is terrible, quest design is utter garbage. Npcs are always glitching and not doing what they’re supposed to which exacerbates the shitty quest design even more

In theory there could be some cool stuff here but the mountain of shit you have to wade through to get to it takes any joy you might have had out of it

If it was a funny harmless glitch now and then I would get that, but it was not that at all. I never played oblivion so I didn’t have any nostalgia to help me overlook the problems, I think that’s the difference lol

Well Im back on D2R
I got the last bits of my smiter gear then farmed torches for my roster, draculs grasp was the last item I needed and they really didnt want me to have it, I finally got my maras too, anti-perfect +20 res at that but I needed it to further boost my battle orders from call to arms
Finally Hit lvl 94
Im guessing if I manipulated the date and time to strictly do players 8 terrorized hell chaos sanctuary full-clears, im looking at probably another 40hours until lvl 99

Ps4, D2R my hardcore hammerdin is now lvl 98
Ugh
Im starting to hate this game
I easily have another 20hours+ to finish this 99 grind
Then i still have another 18 playthroughs with 6 different characters
I just had to double plat this one huh?!

I should have doom the dark ages right now but there’s a glitched trophy. Guess I’m hoping for a patch

If anyone is thinking about going for this one, don’t buy any shield or melee upgrades until the end of the game. You need to buy all of them at the same time or the trophy is broken

You can still blast through the game with custom settings with god mode on playing the easiest difficulty, from what I read about the trophies, I havent played it yet personally

As for me, my hammerdin died at lvl 98.5 (10hours from the finish line)
I was stupid and teleported right into the middle of Lord De Seis and his minions
Not even max block could save me from that 1-shot (to be said in Diablo’s voice)

I probably would have survived if my combat skillers were lifers but I settled for the first plain one i got and duplicated it enough to fill my inventory

I backed up my save so im not entirely dead
but I had to continue from lvl 96.7
I literally lost like 24 hours of level progression
At my rate, Lvl 97-98 is about a 12 hour grind
98-99 is almost double that

So now im level 98, again!..but with a more current and fresh back-up save file

I would have had a better back-up save but i was using the cloud and my ps+ subscription expired after I hit 97
So I had to renew it to the cheapest tier just to get my character back! Lol

My second 99 grind is finished!
Ugh I never wanna play video games again
254 hours according to my psn app
half of that was probably just farming for the gear I needed for ubers
My girl thought I was done, Im like no babe, the hard parts done sure
But I still have 6 character classes with 3 playthroughs each until im actually finished
If im lucky it’ll take me about a week
She just looked at me with disgust lol
